Walkie Talkie Offline Radio lets your group send push-to-talk voice messages without mobile data, cellular service, or an internet connection.
The app connects nearby phones through Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Direct. Voice messages can be relayed from device to device, creating relay-based offline communication for your group.

Create a group, enter the same group name and password on every phone, connect nearby devices, and start talking.

LISTEN WITH THE SCREEN LOCKED
Keep receiving and listening to voice messages while your phone screen is locked.
This is especially useful during hiking, mountain trips, camping, outdoor work, cycling stops, group travel, and other situations where keeping the screen on or holding the phone in your hand is inconvenient.
Leave your phone in a pocket or backpack and continue hearing incoming group voice messages in the background.

NO INTERNET REQUIRED
Use your phones as an offline two-way radio when mobile data or Wi-Fi internet access is unavailable. The app communicates directly with nearby devices instead of using online servers.

PRIVATE GROUP COMMUNICATION
Voice communication is encrypted and designed for private groups. Every member must enter the same group name and password before joining the room.

PUSH TO TALK
Hold the microphone button to record and send a voice message. Group members can listen and reply using the same simple push-to-talk interface.

RELAY-BASED CONNECTION
Messages can travel through connected phones in the group. This relay system helps devices communicate across a local chain when some group members are farther apart.

LOCATION PERMISSION EXPLAINED
Android may ask for Location permission when the app searches for nearby Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices.
On some Android versions, this permission is required by the operating system for nearby-device scanning. Walkie Talkie Offline Radio does not use this permission to track or store your GPS position.

The app may also request:
• Microphone permission to record voice messages
• Nearby Devices permission to find and connect to phones
• Location permission for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi scanning required by Android

HOW TO CONNECT
1. Install the app on every Android phone.
2. Allow the required permissions.
3. Select the number of devices in your group.
4. Enter the same group name and password on each phone.
5. Search for nearby devices.
6. Hold the microphone button to send a voice message.
